This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital payment systems, pricing, and service quality on customer satisfaction at VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes. The background of this study is the increasing trend of using technology in payment transactions, as well as the increasingly tight business competition in the culinary sector which requires management to optimize pricing and service strategies. The research method used is quantitative with a causal approach. The population in this study were all customers of VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes, with a total of 100 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and distribution of structured questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the use of digital payment systems, pricing, and service quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, the pricing variable had the most dominant influence, followed by service quality, and finally the use of digital payment systems. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.606 indicates that these three variables explain 60.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by factors outside the research model, such as promotion, location, or cafe atmosphere. These findings provide practical implications for the management of VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes to increase customer satisfaction by implementing a competitive pricing strategy, maintaining and improving service quality, and optimizing the ease and security of the digital payment system. This research also contributes to the academic literature on factors influencing customer satisfaction in the culinary sector, particularly in cafes that integrate modern payment technology.
