Pengaruh Faktor Manusia Terhadap Budaya Keselamatan pada Proses Perawatan Pesawat Udara di PT. Mulya Sejahtera Technology

Flight safety is a critical component of the aviation industry, with human performance being a primary factor in maintenance-related incidents. This study investigates the impact of human factors specifically the "Dirty Dozen" on safety culture at PT. Mulya Sejahtera Technology. Using a quantitative method, data were gathered from 79 technicians through an online questionnaire. Descriptive analysis indicates that while human factors are rated as "good" (73.1%), the safety culture remains at a "moderate" level (56.2%). Simple linear regression analysis confirms a significant influence of human factors on safety culture (Sig. 0.006 < 0.05), with an R-Square value of 8.1%. These findings suggest that addressing specific human factor issues, such as resource availability and technician awareness, is essential for strengthening the organizational safety culture.
