Abstract

This integrative literature review examines the role of educational leadership in integrating school cooperative management and the Merdeka Curriculum to shape students' entrepreneurial character in the digital disruption era. Twenty-five peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus/SINTA 1–5 (2021–2025) were analysed using PRISMA-guided thematic synthesis. Findings confirm that transformational and instructional leadership accelerates effective cooperative management and project-based learning under the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Principals with digital leadership competencies cultivate school ecosystems that foster entrepreneurial mindsets, collaborative values, and innovation-oriented behaviour. An Integrative Leadership Model for Entrepreneurship Education (MKIPK) comprising four interdependent components—visionary-strategic, pedagogical-innovative, digital-adaptive, and distributive-collaborative leadership—is proposed as a conceptual contribution. A critical research gap is identified: no empirical study has simultaneously tested the mediating role of school leadership between cooperative management, Merdeka Curriculum implementation, and entrepreneurial character formation. Mixed-method longitudinal research and explicit policy integration are recommended.
