Abstract

The rapid development of educational technology requires teachers to design engaging and interactive learning media that align with the characteristics of early childhood learners. Preliminary observations at TK Islam Cikal Cendekia show that teachers have utilized basic digital media; however, the creativity and variation in developing interactive learning media remain limited. This condition has affected students’ learning engagement, particularly in thematic learning and the reinforcement of fundamental concepts. Therefore, this program aims to enhance teachers’ competencies in designing interactive learning media using Canva as a creative and accessible technological tool. The program is implemented through several stages, including needs identification, training on Canva features for interactive media development, hands-on practice in creating learning media, mentoring during classroom implementation, and evaluation of teachers’ skills and student engagement. The expected outcomes include improved teacher competencies in designing interactive learning media, the production of at least ten Canva-based learning media products, increased student participation and enthusiasm in classroom activities, and the publication of a community service article. Ultimately, this program is expected to improve the overall quality of learning and support the development of 21st-century skills in early childhood education.
