Pemanfaatan Google Business Profile sebagai Media Promosi dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Sepeda Motor Honda

The rapid development of technology and information is currently affecting almost all aspects of life, including market developments and business competition patterns. The dynamics of the digital era require businesses to constantly adapt to the latest trends, particularly in marketing strategies. One digital trend that can be optimally utilized is the use of Google Business Profile. This platform provides various features that support promotional activities and build interactions with consumers more effectively. This study aims to analyze the use of Google Business Profile as a promotional medium in an effort to increase Honda motorcycle sales. The research approach used was qualitative with descriptive methods, so the results obtained provide an in-depth description of the platform's role in supporting marketing activities. The results show that Google Business Profile has a significant contribution to product promotion, particularly Honda motorcycles. The use of various features such as a business profile containing complete company information, a performance dashboard to monitor the development of consumer interactions, testimonials and customer reviews that build trust, and visibility on Google Search and Google Maps have been proven to increase the reach and appeal of promotions. With easy access and broad reach, potential consumers can obtain information quickly, accurately, and reliably, thus influencing purchasing decisions. Overall, using Google Business Profiles is not only a promotional tool, but also a way to build a reputation and long-term relationships with customers. Consistently optimizing features can be an effective strategy for increasing sales while strengthening your business's position amidst increasingly fierce digital market competition.
