Systematic Review : Strategi Inovasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit dalam Menghadapi Disrupsi Digital dan Tantangan Implementasi Teknologi Baru

This study contributes significantly to understanding how hospitals can navigate the complexities of digital disruption and enhance their operations through strategic management innovations. The systematic review of 20 selected scientific journals provided a comprehensive analysis of various factors influencing digital transformation in healthcare settings. Among the key themes explored, management innovation stands out as a pivotal component in the successful integration of digital technologies in hospitals. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering an organizational culture that encourages innovation and the adoption of new technologies. A culture that promotes adaptability and continuous learning is essential for hospitals to effectively respond to the rapid pace of technological advancements. Furthermore, visionary leadership plays a crucial role in guiding the digital transformation process. Leaders who are proactive, future-oriented, and able to communicate the benefits of digital technologies can inspire and motivate their teams to embrace change. This leadership style facilitates a smooth transition to digitalized processes and helps overcome resistance to change. The research also highlights the critical role of human resources in ensuring the success of digital transformation. Healthcare professionals must be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize advanced technologies. Therefore, comprehensive training programs and digital competency development initiatives are essential for enhancing the workforce's capability to manage and utilize new tools effectively. In conclusion, while the journey toward digital transformation in hospitals presents several challenges, such as resistance to change, financial constraints, and infrastructure gaps, the findings indicate that a well-rounded approach, incorporating management innovation, strategic leadership, and workforce development, can significantly mitigate these barriers. By doing so, hospitals can achieve greater operational efficiency and improve healthcare service delivery, ensuring a successful and sustainable digital future. These insights can guide healthcare administrators and policymakers in shaping a more resilient and efficient healthcare system in the digital age.
