This study analyzes the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) integration in strategic management frameworks and formulates effective adaptation strategies amid disruptive change. Using a qualitative approach based on a systematic literature review and case studies from 2020-2025, the research examines how AI reconfigures strategic decision-making hierarchies, evaluates digital transformation implications for talent management and organizational structures, and identifies effective adaptation strategies for traditional sectors facing disruption. Findings reveal that AI integration fundamentally transforms organizational decision-making through real-time data analysis and algorithm-based predictions, enhancing precision and response speed to market changes. Digital transformation drives organizational restructuring toward more flexible and adaptive models while necessitating talent management evolution to develop digital skills and support continuous learning. The success of traditional sector adaptation depends on developing dynamic digital capabilities and implementing effective reskilling strategies to bridge competency gaps. This research contributes to theoretical framework development integrating technology, strategy, and human resource management aspects in digital disruption contexts, with practical implications highlighting the importance of balancing technological investments with organizational capability development and innovation culture.
