Evaluasi Program Model CIPP pada Pelatihan Kerajinan Komunitas Kriya Pacitan

This study aims to evaluate the craft training program of the Kriya Pacitan Community using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews and participatory observations involving community members and administrators. In the Context dimension, the training was conducted to meet the need for enhanced craft skills and to strengthen local economic capacity; however, it still faced limitations in access to knowledge and marketing networks. The Input evaluation revealed several constraints, including limited funding, inadequate facilities, transportation challenges, and a shortage of professional facilitators, alongside internal factors such as limited time, motivation, and participants’ experience. The Process aspect indicated that the implementation was not yet fully optimal, but the community adopted adaptive strategies such as the Training of Trainers (ToT), member contribution mechanisms, and collaboration with the Office of Cooperatives, MSMEs, and Dekranasda Pacitan. In the product dimension, the training resulted in improved basic craft skills and increased community self-reliance, although some program targets had not been fully achieved. Overall, the evaluation emphasizes that the effectiveness of craft training is influenced not only by technical aspects but also by social support, institutional strengthening, and the sustainability of empowerment programs.
