Implementasi Program Eco Warrior Day Sebagai Aksi Nyata Dalam Meningkatkan Kepedulian Serta Kesadaran Pada Lingkungan Masyarakat

Abstract

Environmental problems continue to be a crucial issue faced by the community today, especially in rural areas, due to the low level of understanding, concern, and awareness of the community in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the environment. One way to overcome this problem is with the ECO WARRIOR DAY program. This activity aims to see how this program can be implemented as a real action in increasing community awareness and awareness in Sruwen Village, Tengaran District. The method we use is a qualitative method with the type of educational activities and real actions of river cleaning community service. With this method, we use several stages in this activity, namely observation, education or socialization, and real action to clean the river with the community. The results obtained from this program show a change in people's attitudes towards environmental cleanliness and sustainability as well as increased insight into the impact of environmental damage if not properly maintained. This program fosters a great sense of responsibility and collective cooperation between citizens. Thus, the ECO WARRIOR DAY activity program has proven to be very effective as one of the educational learning models and real actions of environmental stewardship that can encourage the formation of behaviors or attitudes of caring for the environment in a sustainable manner in the midst of society and today.
