The digital transformation of healthcare services requires public health centers (Puskesmas) to adopt integrated information systems, one of which is the Healthical Puskesmas (He-Pus) system. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of the He-Pus system at Puskesmas Cilograng Banten using the PIECES framework. Method: This descriptive qualitative study was conducted through observations and interviews with five informants from May 2024-June 2025. The data were analyzed using six PIECES dimensions: Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Results: The implementation of He-Pus has facilitated healthcare services, particularly in the registration unit, but it has not yet been fully optimized across all units. In terms of performance, the system is considered easy to use but is hindered by network connectivity issues. The information provided is relevant and relatively up-to-date, although the data input process is perceived as quite complex by some staff. Economically, operational costs are covered by a third party, thus not burdening the Puskesmas. In terms of control, the system uses account-based access. Regarding efficiency and service, the system helps speed up processes, although technical and non-technical limitations remain. Conclusion: The He-Pus system shows potential as a digital service solution, but further development, infrastructure improvements, and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are still needed. It is recommended to develop specific SOPs related to electronic medical records. Additionally, to enhance He-Pus performance at Puskesmas Cilograng, optimization should include improved network quality, simplified data input, ongoing technical training, and data validation.
